When I asked for help at this bank, they told me that foreigners cannot get loans here. I was disappointed because I have been a loyal customer for four years. So I decided to change banks.

Terrible service in this branch, the executive Griselda Arellano does not even have the knowledge to carry out the procedures, she makes you go up to five times because she does not give you the correct and complete information. BBVA, what have you done regarding all the complaints? I see that they have reported it for a long time and I see that it remains the same. The worst thing is that some procedures have to be done by force at the account branch. BBVA solution please.

What rubbish service they have in the branch! Of the four windows, only 2 are served by executives and the wait times are at least 1 hour. That's not enough, if you are not a BBVA customer, they will relegate your number to be one of the last to be attended to.
